Team,
We live in exciting times! Every day, new technologies are shaping the way we work, play, and interact. One such technology, Artificial Intelligence (AI), holds the promise of transforming our work in ways we've yet to imagine.
But what is AI? How does it already fit into our company? How can it benefit us further, both in our roles and in serving our clients?
We're thrilled to introduce a fun and insightful 5-day challenge that aims to demystify AI and get us thinking about its potential. The challenge is designed to be easy, engaging, and not too time-consuming.
Why Participate?
Discover how AI might already be a part of the tools you use.
Reflect on your personal experiences and hesitations with AI.
Brainstorm innovative ways we can leverage AI for our team's benefit.
Share your insights and learn from your colleagues.
The goal of this challenge is to come out of this challenge with a better understanding and comfort level with AI and to brainstorm innovative ways we can use AI to serve us and our clients.
We believe that as we embrace an AI-first mindset, we can achieve greater efficiency, provide even more value to our clients, and stay at the forefront of our industry.
Join us on this journey. Let's explore, learn, and innovate together!

Example 5-Day AI Challenge Plan:
Day 1: Laying the Foundation
AI Intro Session: This can be a Zoom/Teams call for 30-45 minutes
Introduce what AI is and how it's integrated into tools they might be familiar with.
Share use cases and pitfalls of AI.
Highlight the purpose of the challenge: to discover and discuss ways AI can serve the team and clients better.
Ask them to come up with ways AI could be used in our business.
Set expectations for the challenge. It is not meant to add one more thing to their plates. It is meant to be fun and learn what is possible.
Day 2: Personal AI Exploration
Discover & Reflect: This can be a self-documentation portion of the challenge and no call is needed.
Ask each team member to identify one tool or app they use (or are interested in) that utilizes AI (it might be something they use daily without realizing it's AI-powered).
Reflect on their experience: What do they like about it? What seems daunting?
Day 3: Identifying Challenges
Group Session: Get the group back together to discuss.
Have a group discussion where everyone shares the AI tools they've identified.
Discuss any challenges or hesitations they might have about integrating such tools into their workflow.
Day 4: Brainstorming Solutions
Innovative Thinking:
Ask team members to brainstorm on how they can overcome the challenges identified on Day 3.
Discuss potential prompts or triggers that might encourage regular use of these AI tools.
Define how can workflows be adjusted to integrate AI.
Day 5: Sharing & Feedback
Wrap-up Session: Group session to share what they have learned and top takeaways from the challenge.
Teams or individuals present one or two ways they think AI can benefit their role or serve clients better.
Conclude with a feedback session about the challenge itself: What did they learn? How do they feel about AI now?
